Launch Engineer

Location: San Luis Potosi, Mexico

Area: Operations

Key Responsibilities: 

• Monitor the launch of products within the client´s factory, attending to pre-series and series assembly events, analysis of quality, functional and assembly problems of products, be the interface of the programs towards the client, analyzing, understanding, and defending the company´s position to guarantee the acceptance of our products. Generation of quality, assembly problems, customer complaints and indicators reports of general behavior of our products.​

Requirements: 

• GD&T / CAD Data understanding of the product, to guarantee good performance of the product (RPS, Gap & Flush). It is not the CAD constructor but should be able to read the technical drawings
• Experience problem solving like 8D, 5 why’s and similar with core team.
• Product + Process + Tooling, knowledge in Doors panels and IPs is a Plus
• 3 months Project + possible extension
• English – advanced
