Post Processing Specialist

Location: Puebla, Mexico

Key Responsibilities: 

• In charge of the pre-acceptance of Tool & Equipment at the plant (until green MPT or end of contract):​
• Support and follow production trials performed at plant
• Support plant to perform all targets checks at production trials
• Follow-up of the mold and equipment to be installed, new equipment that arrives at the plant and that they make sure that the equipment runs well, that they deliver good parts, they must make adjustments to ensure compliance with the quality, they must know how to fix the defects and make the adjustments to the machines or propose improvements.
• Plastic welding, using vibrations and ultrasound. And handling of the punching machine, knowing how to use the punches of the machines

Requirements: 

• Mechanical Engineering or similar
• +6 years of experience in vibration welding tools / Ultrasonic welding tools, machines / punching tools
• Knowledge in ABB programming (is a plus)
• Available to travel
• Advanced English
• Project for 6 months
