Tooling Specialist

Location: Puebla, Mexico

Key Responsibilities: 

• In charge of the pre-acceptance of Tool & Equipment at the plant (until green MPT or end of contract)​
• Support and follow production trials performed at plant
• Support plant to perform all targets checks at production trials (Production Trials)
• Trials and customer R@R at plant) and track progress of all defined targets (cycle time, scrap rate, dimensions) ​
• Monitors T&E and associated process performance in the plant through the daily KPIs reported by the plant
• Ensure conformity of the produced part versus the product specifications, through process parameters optimization.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Mechanical Engineering or similar degree
• 5 years of experience in injection molding for the automotive industry
• Technical knowledge: Injection tools and process, standard injection, EOAT (End of Arm tools) Gripper
• Sepro programming (desirable)

• English – advanced

Project duration: 6 months
